Nick + Jamie | Greek Orthodox Wedding Images | London

Nick and Jamie were married at the Saint Sophia Cathedral in Bayswater. The Cathedral is amazing inside, the detail and architecture is out of this world. It was also the first day of the Notting Hill Carnival and the traffic was appalling, police everywhere, all the roads surrounding the Cathedral were blocked off and I had to bribe a policeman to get parked nearby. After the ceremony we made our way to Stoke Park Golf Club in Berkshire for the reception and lively Greek dancing.

Katie and Justin were married in their local church and then had a marquee reception in Katie’s parents garden.

I met Katie a couple of times before her big day and we really got on very well, which made it all the alot easier for me to get the kind of shots I love to take. The band at the evening reception were superb and it was great to see so many guests on the dancefloor doing some really wild dancing. Jenny my associate photographer helped me out on this wedding as August was a really busy month with 11 weddings. Not only is Jenny a terrific photographer but she also loves fetching and carrying my bags for me………
